Where do you draw the line between honest feedback and destructive criticism? Unless somebody asks for feedback, don’t automatically give it. If you have feedback for somebody, it’s good to ask first if that person would like to hear it or not. And really provide a chance to say yes or no. And on the other side, if somebody wants to give you feedback and you get a sense that you’re about to be attacked, say no.
